I'm not sure of the original opening date but its open now, Thursday - Sunday, as I recall, give them a call for exact days and hours that they are open (928)758-1906.
Now for the good stuff, first we were greeted by a very friendly young lady who invited us to sit where ever we liked, she soon came to get our drink order. We ordered water which was very good not BHC tap water. She explained their menu, answered all our questions, she was awesome. I was a little concerned that there were no bottles of BBQ sauce on the table, when she was taking our order she explained that they have 4 sauces to choose from, we ordered a couple to try, they were both great (my wife said well we don't have to deal with those plastic bottles that most BBQ places have on the table all day with sticky sauce in them, I had to agree this was a much neater way to serve the BBQ sauces and I'm sure she would have brought us as much as we wanted).
Anyway, let's get to the good stuff, we both ordered the brisket, it was great, a nice bark, not a lot of excess fat, juicy, juicy, juicy, tender, meat, like I said, both BBQ sauces had amazing taste and depth to their taste. YUMMM
I can't tell you which we enjoyed most, Jennifer's wonderful service or the juicy, tender, tasty brisket, we will be back soon and often, hope to see you there. -

Worst BBQ I have ever had. They don't even know how to cut the brisket correctly. Coleslaw had absolutely no taste. Sauces are horrible. I have talked to many many people, every person said "It Sucks".
